Sendr

Terms of Service

Sendr exists to provide a reliable way to share large files anonymously. These Terms govern your use of the Sendr beta service.

1. The service

Sendr lets you upload files (up to 100 GB), create a temporary download link lasting between 1 and 7 days, optionally protect that link with a password, and allow recipients to download the files before the link expires.

2. Anonymous use

You do not need an account to use Sendr. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identity information to create or share a link.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Sendr to distribute malware, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to share. You may not attempt to probe, abuse, overload, bypass access controls, or otherwise misuse the platform. Sendr may remove content, revoke links, or block access when needed to prevent abuse.

4. Temporary storage

Files and download links are temporary. Links expire after the selected period (maximum 7 days). Expired files are deleted from storage. Do not rely on Sendr as permanent backup storage.

5. No warranties

Sendr is provided as a beta on an "as is" basis. We strive for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for loss of files after expiration or deletion.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms as the beta evolves. Continued use of Sendr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
